2022 Year in Review.

What a year 2022 has been! Let's review the year and see what has been accomplished.

New branding.

One of our major achievements this year was the launch of our new logo and branding. After four years in business, we felt it was necessary to update our brand’s look and feel to reflect our shift in focus to luxury homes.

Investor payouts.

This year we’ll have paid out more than $4 million to our investors via the Passive Income model, bringing our total to more than $10 million.

Growing investor community.

We had 90 investments this year, bringing the total number of active investors in our community to more than 300.

Construction completion.

This year we completed construction on our first two luxury developments.

Zenith is a mansion that is defined by its spectacular design and its uncompromised commitment to quality. It has married the mood of its original era to the demands of today with memorable style and success.

The Waterpoint project consists of two executive residences that are full of modern features that high-end buyers expect and demand. From the kitchen to smart-home electronics, these homes feature high-end appliances from premium brands.

Investor portal.

The Lion Investor Portal was launched for investors to be able to quickly access all the information on their investments including photos and videos from the project, and quarterly reports.
