The plans for this property development project involve the renovation of the two existing Queenslander-style homes on site and the construction of seven townhouses. The Trustee anticipates a final combined market value of $7,563,000.

Zoning & Permits

Wooloowin falls within the jurisdiction of the Brisbane City Council. For this project, we anticipate that we will need to obtain development permits from Brisbane City Council, as well as a building permit from a private building surveyor.

Suburb Overview

Wooloowin is an inner-Northern suburb of Brisbane, located approximately six kilometres north of the CBD. There are many notable heritage-listed sites in Wooloowin, owing to the area’s history as a post-war suburb. Amongst the heritage-listed homes, some notable sites are Albion Fire Station, Holy Cross Laundry, and Tram Substation No. 8.
