The sale of the developed properties upon completion of the development is expected to generate a profit which is how investor returns are paid.

Investment Structure

Investment into this project is managed via an unregistered Unit Trust. A special purpose vehicle (SPV) company has been created to function as the Trustee. All income and capital is distributed to Unit holders according to their number of units. The land acquired for this property development project is wholly owned by the Unit Trust.

Beaconsfield falls within the jurisdiction of the Cardinia Shire Council. For this project, we anticipate that we will need to obtain approval/s from Cardinia Shire Council, as well as a building permit from a private building surveyor.
