The Beacon For The Future
This Development is fully subscribed.
Our largest project to date and the first of its kind in the suburb, The Beacon symbolises a change for the better in Melbourne’s South East. The Beacon will deliver 38 properties to market upon completion, and these properties will transform the lives of the hundreds of people who will call The Beacon home.
We chose Human Habitats as the town planner for The Beacon. Founded in 2013, Human Habitats are an urban planning firm located in Docklands, Melbourne who have successfully delivered dozens of planning projects across a variety of industries.

As a satellite suburb of Melbourne, Beaconsfield offers residents distance from the urban sprawl and ample space to thrive. Life in Beaconsfield is casual and leisurely. Relax with a stroll through a verdant paradise, socialise at the Neighbourhood Centre, or play a weekend game of Footy at the recreation reserve. There is easy access to a variety of high-quality amenities, including schools, daycares, parks, reserves, shops, restaurants, and community facilities.
A walk through the area will engulf you in an atmosphere of classic suburbia. The architecture of Beaconsfield mainly consists of recently constructed detached houses; brick and rendered facades, timber accents, neat landscaping, and minimal fencing. The streets are lined with trees, tidy footpaths, and decorative lightposts.
Households in Beaconsfield are mostly couples with children, and over 80% of the population are owner-occupiers. The people of Beaconsfield are generally of British heritage, but born in Australia. Beaconsfield is a place where couples can buy a home and settle down to raise a family and live the life they’ve always dreamed of. Because in Beaconsfield, life is what you make of it.
