356 Bowen Terrace is a 602 square metre parcel of land situated on the Eastern side of New Farm, 200 metres away from the Brisbane River. An unusual aspect to this site is that it contains a side passage which connects Bowen Terrace to Oxley Lane. This is an unexpected bonus, because it gives us extra options for how the new properties can be accessed.
We approached BayleyWard who is our preferred partner for designing luxury homes as well as an award-winning architecture firm. We shared what we had in mind, and a few weeks later, they came back with some updated preliminary drawings. Even just in sketch-form, these homes look stunning. With a focus on landscaping and decorative flora on the balconies, and the contrasting effect this creates with neighbouring buildings, this development practically named itself: Eden.
