What is this project?

The Elysian project has been in the works for two years as we have negotiated with nineteen different owners to sell their apartments at 122 Beaconsfield Parade in Albert Park.

What are the project’s financials?

The project is anticipated to achieve a profit margin of $7.3 million, after investors’ monthly distributions. A full feasibility study is included in the Information Memorandum.

The Issuer is offering a targeted annual 12% distribution, paid monthly, and investors may also be entitled to an additional profit share proportional to the amount of capital they have invested, upon conclusion of the project (subject to eligibility criteria).
