Current Status: Working drawings

The amended planning permit has now been received by the council which contained several conditions. The conditions will be incorporated and submitted to the council for their endorsement next week. 

We continue to work collaboratively with external agencies to finalise the architectural, structural and  civil drawings which are nearing completion. 

Throughout the last month we have appointed a Building Surveyor who has issued a demolition permit. The abolishment of services was completed in early April and all documentation has been provided to the council ahead of the demolition.
