We have negotiated with nineteen different owners to sell their apartments at 122 Beaconsfield Parade in Albert Park. We will demolish the existing apartment complex and build ten luxury residences.

What are the project’s financials?

Investors receive a fixed return of 12 percent per annum paid in monthly distributions, and will also be entitled to an additional profit share proportional to the amount of capital they have invested, upon conclusion of the project.

Permits and plans.

This project will need to be approved by the City of Port Phillip local council. As the project is still in early design stage, plans are not yet ready to be submitted to Council.
