Everville is a 6,753m² development in Everton Park which will bring thirty townhouses to market. The development site is 7 kilometres from the CBD and is located close to Brookside Shopping Centre and five different schools.

Latest project update.

Current Status: Construction

Concreting works are continuing on site at Everville. The builders have poured the concrete for Blocks E and C which are lower levels of the development. Once this is finalised the building team can move forward with the pour of the remaining blocks.

The framing works to the lower levels will commence in conjunction with the concrete pour once the slabs have set. Concrete and framing works will continue until the third quarter until all the homes are in the lock up stage.

A building schedule is attached to this document that outlines the stages and dates the builder intends to achieve all the way through to completion.

To date we have sold 18 of the 30 properties off the plan. The sales campaign was paused and will recommence this quarter. We anticipate having all townhouses sold before the end of construction.
