Current Status: Builder appointment

Throughout the last quarter we have worked to finalise a building contract in order to proceed with the construction of Olympus. We have now finalised the negotiations and the building contract is being signed. We have selected to work with McVeigh homes who specialise in luxury properties in the Brisbane area.

We have worked with the builder to re-engineer the property plans. Since purchasing the land, the neighbour has built a swimming pool next to the boundary line. We have reworked the design to reduce and risk during the construction phase. These changes in plans did take longer than expected but have now been finalised.
