What is this project?

We are in the process of purchasing the development site, 1 Adams St, from another developer. The purchase includes approved permits from Council for seven high-end residences. We will then go on to build the residences and sell them to achieve a profit.

What are the project’s financials?

The project is anticipated to achieve a profit margin of $5.3 million, after investors’ monthly returns. A full feasibility study is included in the Information Memorandum. Fill in the form above the access it.

Investors receive a fixed return of 12 percent per annum paid in monthly distributions, and will also be entitled to an additional profit share proportional to the amount of capital they have invested, upon conclusion of the project.
