Current Status: Working drawings

Throughout the last quarter we met with our preferred builder and held negotiations and value management meetings to finalise the building contract. The builder that we have selected to construct the project is Kassem Group.

We have worked with the team at Kassem Group and we are confident they can bring our project to life. They are currently completing construction on our Eminence project, and we look forward to commencing work with them on Prominence.

External consultants have proceeded to finalise the design documentation which we anticipate will be ready for council submission early in the second quarter.

Throughout the next quarter a demolition of the current property will take place and construction will commence.
