Progress as of March, 2021
In October 2020 we settled on the purchase of this site and secured the land which has allowed us to move forward with the next stages of the project.
Architectural drawings were completed in November, which were then passed to our team of engineers to prepare specialised drawings: landscaping, storm water, and traffic management, to name a few.
The engineering team have worked with the architect and other designers to finalise the Development Application (DA), a formal document which we are required to provide to the Bayside City Council as part of the process to obtain planning permits.
The DA has been submitted to the Council and we are currently awaiting their response. This process typically takes between 30-90 days, depending on how fast the Council can work.
