This month the architectural drawings were completed. We are in the process of compiling the architectural, landscaping, storm water, traffic management and environmental drawings to submit for a planning permit which should take place in December.

We are very excited to bring to you the first update on the Prominence project! Whilst this is our first update the team have worked tirelessly over several months to ensure that the project charged forward despite the current economic conditions.
This month we settled on the Hall street property and secured the land which means we can move forward with the next stages of the project. The engineering team have worked with designers to finalise the development application allowing us to apply for planning permits. We expect that this should take place next month.
This is a very special project located in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious neighbourhoods which is why we’ve appointed the award winning architecture firm Bayley Ward. With over twenty years of experience the team at Bayley Ward specialise in crafting buildings and spaces that integrate into its surroundings.
These stunning townhouses will be brought to life by Intracon, a construction company that will bring to life the exquisite nature with the highest level of attention to detail.
